New Year – New event hire products!

With the turn of the year we like to start thinking about how we can offer something new and exciting for the year to come.

Keeping in close contact with our replica furniture range, we have now introduced ghost/glass furniture, white folding chairs and grey padded visitor chairs.

This new furniture range inspires us towards bride exhibitions, weddings and corporate events.

We will continue to add to our replica furniture hire range so that we can provide an easy, affordable and high impact solution for exhibitions and events in the Brisbane and South-East Queensland regions.

  • Display board hire solutions

    Our black fabric display panels and boards come in various sizes and can be installed in ways to suit your display. Our largest board is 2.4m x 1.2m and is Velcro, screw and staple compatible. They can be installed to stand individually, or joined to create seamless walls.     • Australia Zoo

      Australia Zoo recently contracted Exhibition & Display Services to professionally set up an exhibition quality gallery for Robert Irwin, son of the great Steve Irwin. EDS hired and installed black 2.4m high Black fabric Art display walls along with our unique gallery grade hanging system and LED lights to illuminate the display. The display will be a long term attraction at Australia Zoo and can be visited when at the zoo.

    • Imtram

      A solutions provider to the rail industry, Victoria-based Imtram originally contracted Exhibition & Display Services to design and construct a unique stand to mark their presence at the enormous Ausrail industry expo in 2017. Since that first build, we have been appointed to design their stand at the same expo each year. During this time their stand space has grown by three times, to a massive 108 square metres in 2019. Exhibition & Display Services again designed a unique and modular system stand, complete with custom flooring and plinths to showcase their products and services.

    • Snackbrands Australia

      Exhibition & Display Services has supplied Snackbrands Australia over the past 5 years with various stand configurations for their annual participation in the IGA Trade show and various distribution events around Queensland. Our ability to design and create different stands for multiple expo's along with supplying & matching new furniture hire options at all events has ensured a great relationship and successful exhibition program.

    • Lockheed Martin

      Lockheed Martin Australia contracted Exhibition & Display Services to provide them with a custom and functional look at the FutureGov conference. With limited space and a tight set up, we provided a custom stand from Octanorm which incorporated their logo and identity.

    • Ideal Bridal Show

      Exhibition & Display Services has been the sole contractor for this event for the past decade. We work closely with the organiser to provide an efficient and cost effective service. The event has evolved from the Brisbane RNA to now at the Brisbane City Hall, and includes over 100 exhibition booths and lighting for wedding and event suppliers.

    • Rotary Art Spectacular

      The Rotary art spectacular is an annual event that has been held in various locations around Brisbane. We have been servicing this event for the past 7 years with close communication to the art curator and the hard working Rotary team, this art show has become the most renowned Art exhibition in Brisbane. Rotary rely heavily on our pristine art display board walling configurations along with high impact LED lighting which transforms the show into a spectacular event at night.
