One of the first considerations is art show equipment. We’ve got everything to get you sorted, including lighting, plinths, art hanging systems and display boards. Make your show look professional with our gallery-grade hire equipment and furniture! Another benefit of hiring display boards is that we take care of everything for you, including installation and dismantling of the boards once your show is over. Send us through your floorplan and we can set up all walling and equipment according to how you’d like it.
In order to display art on your display panels, follow the below as a guide:

• Our fabric boards are covered in a black fabric material called front runner (much like carpet) and are velcro compatible. You can apply hook velcro tape/dots to your posters or signs and hang directly on the panels. Push pins , thumb tacks, small screws and staples are also compatible with our fabric boards.

• For our white Octanorm boards, you can apply removable vinyl stickers or double-sided tape directly to your boards. Blutac and 3m tape are also compatible with our white boards.

• Both panel types can also be installed for an additional cost with lighting and our gallery grade art hanging system and hooks. Available on one side or both sides of the board (2 wires and 2 adjustable hooks per side).
