1. Velcro Fabric Wall: Our Velcro Fabric Wall is priced at $265 per lineal meter. It offers a cost-effective solution for creating fabric walls within your booth. The fabric material comes with hook velcro sewn on the rear, allowing for easy installation on compatible booth walls (standard Corinthian booths). It can also be installed on Octanorm booth walls with loop velcro added.

2. SEG Fabric Wall: The SEG Fabric Wall is priced at $315 per lineal meter and offers a premium option for a sleek and visually striking booth. This walling solution features silicon-edged fabric printed material, providing a tight and seamless look when installed. Hire and installation of the frame (which houses the fabric) are included in the price.

Both fabric wall options are available for purchase and are reusable, allowing you to keep the fabric for future booths or events. This provides you with long-term value and flexibility. While the SEG Fabric Wall offers a visually superior appearance with its tightly stretched fabric, the Velcro Fabric Wall remains an excellent, more affordable choice, especially when the booths already have fabric walls that can be easily stuck onto.

At Exhibition & Display Services, we offer a range of display board options to meet your needs. Our display boards come in various sizes to accommodate different exhibition spaces and requirements. We offer two types of display boards: black fabric and Octanorm white. Whether you opt for our black fabric or Octanorm white panels, our goal is to help you achieve a seamless and visually stunning display that leaves a lasting impression on your audience.

For our black fabric boards, we have the below standard sizes available:

• 1.8m high x 1.2m wide

• 2.4m high x 1m wide

• 2.4m high x 1.2m wide

For our Octanorm white display boards, we have available:

• 1.8m high x 1m wide

• 2.5m high x 1m wide

The method of applying artwork or graphics to your display boards depends on the type of panels you order. For our black fabric wall system, you have several options for applying graphics:

• Hook velcro tape/dots: Apply these to your posters or signs and hang them directly on the fabric wall.

• Push pins, thumb tacks, and staples: These are also compatible with our fabric panels.

Our white Octanorm panels offer versatile options as well:

• Removable vinyl stickers or double-sided tape: These can be applied directly to the wall.

• Blu tac and 3m tape: These are also compatible with our white walls.

If you prefer a completely seamless graphic panel, our team can discuss options such as a fabric reframe or direct printed infills. Additionally, both panel types are compatible with our art hanging system, adding to the versatility of your display.

For any of our boards, please avoid using permanent fixings such as hooks, screws, nails, or paint, as they need to remain in reusable condition for future events.

    • Brisbane Portrait Prize

      Exhibition & Display Services proudly supplies the Brisbane Portrait Prize, one of Queensland’s most prestigious art exhibitions. The Brisbane Portrait Prize celebrates portrait artists with an annual Finalists Exhibition, with globally renowned artists competing for the Lord Mayor's Prize worth $50,000. Exhibition & Display Services provides essential equipment to bring this exhibition to life each year, including lighting, furniture hire, walling and floor plan design. We work closely with staff from the Brisbane Portrait Prize every year to help design and deliver a premium exhibition experience.

    • Sunshine Mitre 10

      EDS has been working with Sunshine Mitre 10 for the past six years to design, supply, set-up and breakdown the booths at their annual trade show. Our shell scheme booths and furniture enable over 70 exhibitors to showcase their products and services at this ever popular event.

    • Brisbane Ekka Fine Arts

      The Brisbane Ekka is held annually at the Royal Brisbane Showgrounds. We have been servicing this event for the past ten years in close communication with the art curator and the hard working Fine Arts team. The show has become the most renowned art exhibition in Brisbane, and the fine art submissions are mounted on our pristine art display board walling configurations along with high impact LED lighting, which helps transform it into a spectacular event.

    • Australia Zoo

      Australia Zoo recently contracted Exhibition & Display Services to professionally set up an exhibition quality gallery for Robert Irwin, son of the great Steve Irwin. EDS hired and installed black 2.4m high Black fabric Art display walls along with our unique gallery grade hanging system and LED lights to illuminate the display. The display will be a long term attraction at Australia Zoo and can be visited when at the zoo.

    • Imtram

      A solutions provider to the rail industry, Victoria-based Imtram originally contracted Exhibition & Display Services to design and construct a unique stand to mark their presence at the enormous Ausrail industry expo in 2017. Since that first build, we have been appointed to design their stand at the same expo each year. During this time their stand space has grown by three times, to a massive 108 square metres in 2019. Exhibition & Display Services again designed a unique and modular system stand, complete with custom flooring and plinths to showcase their products and services.

      Exhibition & Display Services has supplied Snackbrands Australia over the past 5 years with various stand configurations for their annual participation in the IGA Trade show and various distribution events around Queensland.
